These services are offered exclusively for educational and research guidance purposes and are not intended to be submitted as final academic work.

All materials and content provided by PhD AMERICA are for reference use only. Clients are fully responsible for ensuring their final submissions comply with the academic integrity policies of their respective institutions.

Clients are expected to share complete and accurate information, including university guidelines and deadlines. Any delays resulting from the client, such as late communication or last-minute changes, may impact the agreed timeline. PhD AMERICA will not be held liable for such delays. Timelines and deliverables are confirmed prior to the commencement of each project. Additional charges may apply for urgent or express service requests.

All payments must be made in advance or as per agreed-upon milestones. Once any part of the work has been delivered, it becomes non-refundable. Refunds are only considered if the project has not been initiated and the refund request is submitted within 48 hours of payment. PhD AMERICA does not issue refunds based on academic rejections or personal dissatisfaction once work has been delivered, as all services are provided based on previously agreed scopes.

PhD AMERICA performs thorough plagiarism checks before delivering documents, but it does not endorse or engage in any form of academic misconduct. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring their submitted work is original and adheres to institutional and ethical standards. All content and client information are treated as strictly confidential and will never be shared or sold to third parties.

Clients are entitled to a limited number of free revisions—typically up to two rounds within 14 days of final delivery. These revisions must fall within the scope of the original project and do not include newly introduced requirements. PhD AMERICA does not guarantee grades, approvals, or publication acceptance, as final decisions are at the discretion of academic institutions and publishers.
